Ice Force Hockey Club was formed in 2020 on the Gulf Coast of Florida. The club originally was a 10U Rec Select team alongside the now defunct 12U Ice Kings. The team then expanded to 10U, 12U, 14U, and 18U age groups with multiple teams in some age groups as the popularity of the program grew each year.
Ice Force is a family run organization that treats its Athletes and Athlete Families like just that, family. Activities include practices, tournament game play, off ice training, hockey IQ training, family parties, etc. The program is designed to serve multiple purposes. Some of those are:
-Be a bridge to Tier II and Tier I Hockey Programs
-Be a competitive hockey outlet for families who can’t make a commitment to Tier I and Tier II Hockey for time reasons, financial reasons, family situations,etc.
-Provide a safe and fun environment for Athletes to develop in.
-Spread the love of Hockey to the local community.
Ice Force holds annual open tryouts. Most athletes are Ellenton Rec players, however the program welcomes any Athlete who is NOT on a Tier I or Tier II roster.
